We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Front Desk Support Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Assists to maintain and update company databases
• Assists to hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
• Assists to type in data provided directly from customers
• Assists to verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Assists to update existing data
• Assists to retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Assists to answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
• Assists to transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
