Leadway Assurance is an indigenous Insurance company and was incorporated in 1970 and started business operation 1971. The asset base is in excess of 523 billion. The company focuses on meeting its financial obligation to all its customers by ensuring claims are paid when due,without any delay by reason of insufficient funds.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Financial Advisor / Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• To build and maintain good relationship with new and existing customers while providing high level of expertise.
• He/She must have a good communication skills and be willing to work with other team members under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Being able to generate new businesses and asking for referrals from existing customers.

Requirements

• Applicants must have minimum of B.Sc / HND Qualification
• A Minimum of 2 years experience in any Institution would be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate regularly with customers to understand needs,evaluate current product use and cross-sell new products.

Skills:

• A 3 day Training shall be conducted for better skills acquisition.

Remuneration
A monthly income (N150,000 – N200,000 monthly) and gratuity plan benefits shall be discussed during the interview.
